Shipping & Returns

We pack each order carefully and securely to ensure the safest delivery of your art as possible.

Packaging

Photographic prints and rolled canvases are rolled with thick paper to protect against dust before being packaged in heavy duty shipping tubes. There is not an option at this time to ship the items flat.

Mounted items and stretched canvases are covered securely and placed appropriately sized boxes.

Processing

Photographic prints are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Rolled canvas prints are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Mounted prints and stretched canvases are processed and shipped within 5 business days.

Delivery

Shipping cost

Shipping fees vary based on the quantity and type of art you've ordered. Shipping charges will be added at the time of checkout.

Tracking orders

As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email which will include a tracking number.

Shipping to a P.O. Box

UPS does not ship to a P.O. Box. However we can ship via USPS. Please call in your order so we can arrange P.O. Box shipping. 561-361-0031

Cancel or modify an order

To cancel or modify an order that has not yet printed, mounted, stretched or shipped, please call us at 561-361-0031 Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm or email us anytime at info@thefloridagallery.com. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already been printed, mounted, stretched or shipped.

Returns

All of our prints, canvas and mounted items are of the highest quality. We only offer refunds for products damaged during the shipping process.

If your order arrives damaged from the shipping process please contact us right away and also follow these instructions:

Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in.
Attach your photos to an email and send them to info@thefloridagallery.com. Please include your order number, shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the damage.
We will contact UPS to file a claim and will keep you informed of each step.

Payments are processed when you place your order.

All of our images are captured and reproduced using state-of-the-art technology. However, we cannot guarantee that the printed product will accurately reflect the color settings of your monitor or mobile device. All photos are professionally printed on high quality photo paper and canvas.
